  • We decided to change the Nutrition part of the name so we could encompass more non nutritional products without confusing customers.

  • For our nutritional supplements we alway recommend speaking with your doctor before starting if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Please consult with your doctor before using any of our products that could potentially interfere with any medication you are currently taking. We would therefore recommend speaking with a doctor regarding the use of any of our ingestible products and our topically hair thickening tonic.

  • We are committed to trying to become as sustainable as possible. Currently all our packaging is recyclable and the majority of the packaging used is constructed from recycled materials.

    We also try to keep our emissions footprint down, with all products being made within England, no product is transported more that 500 miles from manufacturing to our distribution centre.


  • We are commited to producing the best possible products. This means that we look to go the extra mile with ingredients. Ensuring we do no use ingredients so often used by companies to try to save a buck. This means we do not includes anti-caking agents, bulking agents, sulphates, parabens, synthetic dyes or phthalates, to name but a few.

  • Nearly all our products are vegan friendly. Only our skin supplement is not vegan friendly.

  • We use vegetable capsules which are suitable for vegan diets. Ours are the highest grade two-piece Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (HPMC) capsules, completely formed from plant-based substances.

  • We know that in general people want a good lather to their shampoo for a feeling 'having an effect', but the truth is that lathering is the byproduct of sulphates.

    We do not include sulphates in our products because of the proven damage it does to the hair, however this means that our shampoo does lather less than other shampoos.


  • Once you have signed up to the subscription, your subscription will be renewed automatically at the time length you have chosen (4 weeks/ 6 weeks / 8 weeks) and it will be sent out to you.

    The order will be the same as the original order every time, unless you decide to make changes.

  • For hair related products yes, the minimum term is 2 orders. The reason for this is because the products we offer subscription on can need a little time to see an effect.

    For sleep products there is only a 1 order minimum.

  • The benefits to a subscription include the ease of not having to worry about running out, 20% off the products and free shipping.

  • Managing your subscription account is very simple. When you sign up you will receive a link to your account. It is important to click this link to activate your log in to your subscription account.

    In your account you can change frequency of order, products you'd like to subscribe to, you can skip orders, pause (and activate) your subscription and of course cancel. If you have any difficulty with your account, simply email and we will help get everything sorted for you.


  • Within the UK our standard (free) shipping is Royal Mail 48hr tracked.

    However we do also offer an expedited Royal Mail 24hr tracked and Next Day option with DPD.

  • Yes, we ship to the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. We offer different options for these locations and offer free shipping to the USA for free when spending over the threshold of $25.

  • Unfortunately due to Brexit we no longer ship to the EU with the only exception of Ireland.

    This is something we are hoping to remedy in the near future, but the current restrictions and costs that a customer would have to bear make it untenable sadly.
